Finding solutions to student Vaping is an ongoing concern of the district as well as local PTSAs. Last Spring the Bellevue School District created a District Vaping Steering Committee to work on addressing the current and future needs of the BSD community. If you have any questions, concerns, needs and suggestions on the topic of Vaping, please email to advocacy@spiritridge.org by Monday October 21, 2019. We will forward to Bellevue PTSA Council liaison to be brought to the attention of the District Vaping Steering Committee at their next meeting.
Vaping is not the only Health & Wellness concern of our local PTSAs and school communities. Our goal is to work together to find common concerns so that together we can advocate for changes, resources, and parent education as needed. We are looking for one PTSA member to represent our PTSA to attend PTSA Council Health & Wellness Committee Meeting being held on Tuesday October 22nd @ 10am ( in the Council Office - ESC West (first floor, lower level) 12011 NE 1st Street Bellevue, WA 98005).
